Roles

  • Handle queries and professionally and provide accurate information on the projects.
  • Guide potential clients or applicants through the application process and provide step-by-step instructions on accessing the project’s resources.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Keep up-to-date with program updates, policy changes, and industry trends through ongoing training and development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required skills

  • Fluency in any local language (Khasi/Jaintia/Garo) along with English is compulsory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent active listening skills and empathy for customer concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing program requirements and continuous learning.
